Beginning Meditation
Beginning Yoga program focuses on the daily 10 yoga flow, Opening the Hips or Freeing the Spine. Students are encouraged to attend both sessions. Learn the steps for building a yoga practice. Handouts and videos are included.

Triyoga is the art and science of yoga flow. Basics introduce students to the form, building from the hips and spine. Students will increase their knowledge of posture, flow, strength, flexibility, endurance and breath control.
TriYoga flows include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. With the systematic approach, students progress to subsequent levels expanding their practice and yoga knowledge.
Learn the who, what, why and how of meditation. Explore different traditions and techniques. Get control over the mind, stop overthinking, and practice living in peace and calm.
