Learning chair yoga moves can help  keep your body 

pain-free, especially if you work all day from a chair!


A chair is an outstanding yoga tool! It can assist you if you have

special needs or concerns and can take you deeper into some yoga stretches.


Yoga Chair accommodates students of all ages and conditions, and  we offer programs at both of our locations.
